When I first applied Dazee and Miguel have welcomed me as well as explained in detailed everything I needed to know. Every time I would call with questions or concerns both were already on top of it. One of the most beautiful apartments we’ve ever visited! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the decor, amenities, and overall vibe—it immediately felt like home for our child attending grad school.

Kenny was incredibly kind, and because of him, we knew this was where we wanted our child to live for the next four years. The day after our tour, Josie helped us with the paperwork. She was so patient and sweet, and thanks to her, we were fully moved in within just four hours!

We’ve... now been here for a week, and there’s truly no other apartment like this one. We have a fenced backyard with real grass for our dogs, and the interior was clearly designed with thoughtful details—no carpet, a built-in mudroom bench, and a modern layout that makes long-term living enjoyable.

Although construction began in December 2024, we’re excited for the pool and other amenities to be completed by this summer. The community is gated, which gives us peace of mind knowing our kids are safe.

The Istana at Wurzback is absolutely beautiful, with modern, spacious units that feel like a true home. The apartments was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with high-quality finishes it’s everything I needed for comfort. The layout is perfect, offering plenty of space to relax and entertain.

The staff at Istana were incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The community spaces are equally impressive, from the well-kept grounds to the... inviting pool area. Plus, the location is fantastic.
