Property is great and I love the view and maintenance has need outstanding. Office personnel are second to none and they make sure to stay on top of things.

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for six years, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The location is convenient, close to shopping, and restaurants, and major roads, which makes daily life easier. The grounds are generally well kept, with clean landscaping and plenty of parking available. Maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, and the office staff is friendly and responsive when issues arise. The neighbors are respectful, and the community feels safe, which has given... me peace of mind. The amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are well-maintained and a nice bonus. Rent has gone up over the years, but that seems to be the case everywhere. Despite that, l've stayed because it truly feels like home. it was a great apartment communty and all nice people and the office and manegment are realy nice when you put a work order they usally come fast and all the people around the communty are nice and kind people.
