Great location, maintenance team is reliable. However, the interior & exterior smells like poop on a daily basis because tenants rarely ever clean up after their pets, also the amenities are modern and not so appealing. Overall, this property can use some minor upgrade.

Break-in's, Towing, & Lack of Security
I would not recommend others to move here based on my horrible experiences. I do not feel safe in this apartment due to less than a year after moving here my car as well as other peoples cars have been broken into while parked inside the parking garage. The parking garage gate has not been operating for months. This allows for criminal activity to take place inside the apartment garage. Secondly, my car got towed last night due to "double parking". The white lines on most of the parking spots... are hardly white now, they are barely visible. It is hard for myself and others to be able to park properly due to these lines not being visible. I am a resident of this apartment and pay for a parking pass, I should never have to worry about my car getting towed.
