Moving from Atlanta apartments to here was the best thing .The Office is 100% hands on, any situation needed handled is right on time and the environment is quiet

Lived here for a year and can’t stand maintenance will come in close to a month when your lease will end and do every work order that you put In. Leasing office is to bust to help you. When they still have complaints form other residents and future residents. If you do your paper work on time they’ll be to bust to respond back at you. Neighbors are good and bad. . Towing is bad. You have to watch for guest parking at 11pm because they’ll take your car.

My family and I moved in March around the time the pandemic shut everything down. My apartment should never have had a tenant move in. I have been telling the office about issues since the minute I got my Keys. Took 7 months to finally start to fix stuff. We moved in to an apartment with rats who destroyed many of my belongings that I can’t afford to replace. Ate holes through totes, ate food, diapers, baby wipes, toys, shoes, diaper bags, etc. My AC wasn’t working properly and many time it was... well above 80 with the office expecting my three kids and I to sit in the apartment waiting for someone to come fix it. We an infestation of roaches and ants so bad we were all waking up covered in ant bites. They have sprayed numerous times with pest control and honestly it does nothing! The new maintenance guy is really trying to fix what he can and we greatly appreciate how much he did try when he started. However I’m extremely disappointed that the office hasn’t actually done anything or taken this issue with rats seriously. I would not recommend these apartments. I can’t afford to move and my apartment isn’t “bad enough” to allow us to transfer to a unit that’s actually livable. It’s do disappointing and disgusting to have to live in these conditions. I've been here for a long time now, I thought it was a good place to retire in, but as a retired narcotics officer this place makes me think I should come out of retirement. And most of the problems are due to the office management. Although there is at times only if they feel it is needed a security guard that talks to everyone except the people in question. Maintenance was good always on top of their game. There is too many unsupervised and undisciplined children hanging with out way after... dark. Police have been here numerous of times, arrests management has no idea of the problems on this apartment complex. Not a good place to live can't wait for my lease to be up very soon.
