In less than an hour it was fixed. They were remodeling an apartment and left boxes and trash in the hallway. I believe it was on Thursday. I thought someone would come and pick everything up, but no one did until I sent a message explaining what was happening, since all of it was right in front of my door. Within less than an hour after I sent the message, the issue was resolved.

Smart Home not working Smart home device not provided first 1.5 months, then installed new device which not working for more than 2 months. I have opened 4 requests, maintenance team closed with in 10 minutes the reason is it is not there problem. The company tech will fix the issue no one shows up till now and we informed in person and sent an email to leasing office no response. Another problem is two external cooling system creates too loud noise. If you fix these too problem I will be happy... to provide 5 star rating.
