I’m a current resident, and since both the owners son and daughter-in-law were booted from the property, the premises has gone down hill. The dumpster area is unkept. The appearance of the complex has gone downhill. The owner, has refused to keep up with the exterior of the buildings, deteriorated Wood, and lots of unkept surfaces of the building buildings.
The property owner takes forever to return a phone call or take care of a problem.
The parking for visitors is being used by tenants, no one... has been addressing this issue.
There was a leak underneath the pool, which caused a large amount of water in the parking lot, which didn’t get addressed for several weeks. The pool now sits empty with trash and debris, piling up due to the pool, not being maintained or filled with water again.
Multiple complaints have been submitted to the City Of San Antonio Code Enforcement department not sure what became of any of those complaints, because the premises looks the same.

Apartment condition: old-looking but serviceable, all appliances worked, no plumbing or utility issues
Apartment safety: some sketchy people pass by the streets but good neighborhood and reliable neighbors
Location: biggest pro with a good walking trail and nearby parks available, convenient on Broadway
Management: very responsive, Vince fixes repairs very quickly
Price: very reasonable
