This is a family owned apartment complex. Your rent money here is invested into the community. The family all worked together to prepare our apartment for us. We were welcomed with open hearts and arms when we arrived in San Antonio. The atmosphere here is calming and pleasant. There are fresh pecans on the ground when in season. Delicious pecans. Our apartment is in perfect condition. Everything is well above our expectations. Kathy is the most fabulous property manager and owner I... have encountered. You will be satisfied living in this pleasant community of people at Pecan Hills Apartments. We love it here.

This is an extremely nice community and the owner and staff are excellent. I couldn't be happier living anywhere else. Ms.Kathy is a great person and AWESOME manager/owner. She keeps her Apts in excellent condition and obviously has a very keen insight on potential renters because everyone who lives here all tend to get along well with another. Her staff,at the very lease,are super great at their jobs are super friendly and are on top of whatever needs to be done is done in a timely manner. If... you ever get the chance to have the opportunity to live here, I can guarantee you will not want to leave. We were blessed to find this place and will be here for as long as we can.
