I’ve had a great experience living at Caliza. The community feels very safe, well-maintained, and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to come home to every day. I’ve also had no issues with the internet. It has been reliable and works well for both work and streaming. The overall atmosphere and sense of security really set this community apart. The Feeling of Community
We chose to live at Caliza for the community aspect. The community being new was just the icing on the cake. This community is special because of the people, they treat you like family. We haven’t experienced anything like it. Lauren and Robin are the absolute best. We couldn’t have asked for better!

Friendly community and great specials!
The residents are really nice and watch out for each other. I feel safe living here and will be renewing soon. They had an 8 weeks free special when I moved in. Staff is really kind. Community gets together at the pool a lot.
