Since day one Robin has always made this place a great place to live! She cares for all the residents that live here and makes living here enjoyable. The staff has great communication with residents and are always quick to address any issues.

The community always has family friendly events which made the community feel more safe and close-knit. The location works out well as you are close to a major highway and walkable to a couple of restaurants.

I’ve had a great experience living at Caliza. The community feels very safe, well-maintained, and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to come home to every day. I’ve also had no issues with the internet. It has been reliable and works well for both work and streaming. The overall atmosphere and sense of security really set this community apart. We chose to live at Caliza for the community aspect. The community being new was just the icing on the cake. This community is special because of the people, they treat you like family. We haven’t experienced anything like it. Lauren and Robin are the absolute best. We couldn’t have asked for better!

The residents are really nice and watch out for each other. I feel safe living here and will be renewing soon. They had an 8 weeks free special when I moved in. Staff is really kind. Community gets together at the pool a lot.
