Please do not lease an apartment at Birwood Heights if you have a car and need parking. They do not guarantee parking. There have been several times when I could not find a parking spot and when I complained, they referred me to the lease contract, which clearly says that they do not guarantee parking.

Let me set the record straight. This is my third high-end rental. I can ultimately only blame myself for renting here. I was lured out of my previous apartment by the offer of 2 months off. The property was attractive at first until I moved in to discover that construction quality was outright BAD. Maintenance is SLOW to respond to any of the requests I have made (the work orders go "missing"), and the office staff is helpless. I didn't see too many reviews, and so I'm doing my part. Do your... research before you rent here. I've spoken to a few people here, and it's only a matter of time before more of this comes up.
