I came in for a tour of a 2 bedroom townhome. Immediately I was greeted by Kyla. She had an upbeat friendly attitude. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. About the community.. it’s stunning brand new! Very peaceful gated with newly paved roads, I couldn’t help but feel a peaceful feeling in the air during the tour. Recommended to anybody looking for a quiet place to live.

Steal your money and do not follow through on agreements
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not try to stay at this establishment. They will pretend like they are working with you and then go against everything that they said they would do and steal your security deposit.

Amazing place

Absolutely adore!!!
When arriving at Artesia at Medina Valley Victoria was amazing! She greeted me with a smile and her energy made me feel so comfortable. Visit Victoria for you new townhome! The townhomes themselves are beautiful and the property is very clean and quiet!
