The staff made the application and move-in experience so easy. They were so polite and helpful. The community seems well kept. Our neighbors are very kind and introduced themselves. So far, it’s been great!

The best place to live! Clean, peaceful and the management and service guys are very pro active and fix any problem fast! I have live here for years in different units and always come back to them!

The neighborhood is very nice and cozy, neighbors are relatively quiet but can’t speak for other residence. The property is on culebra that is the only true downside is dealing with traffic day in and day out especially when school is in. So far still enjoying my stay.

I lived here for 12 months, kept everything clean. Was hardly there. Then when the lease was up, they hit me with a $500 bill saying the under carpet was stained. Ridiculous, well i refused to pay for something i didnt do. So its been on my credit report for the past 6 years.
