Gasper was Born and Raised in San Antonio Texas. After High School he Joined the US Navy, in 1989,as an Equipment Operator with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion-22. After 8 years of service he transferred to the Air Force reserves where he completed his 20 years of military service as a Load Planner with the 74th APS and held a special assignment for over 4 years as an MTI at BMT, Lackland AFB, TX. Gasper is also a Decorated, Retired San Antonio Police Officer with 24 years of honorable service to the citizens of San Antonio. Gasper holds an Associates degree in Criminal Justice from San Antonio College and a BAS degree in Public Administration from Wayland Baptist University. Gasper now owns several businesses including, San Antonio's Finest Realty, Texas Leasing Specialist and Grand Welcome San Antonio. The same dedication to service and integrity he brought to his country and community, he now brings to his clients and customers.
