We are a military family who needed to find a place for a move in date during Christmas week (eek)! I was getting panicked when I saw home rental prices and was extremely nervous to live in an apartment with all that (usually) comes with noisy neighbors/messy grounds/rude staff etc. I reached out in November and from day 1, Destini was so friendly and informative over the phone about their property and actually sent an email to me as promised with answers/attachments to other questions I had...... .We were able to secure an apartment with such ease, in advance, from out of state, for the day before Christmas Eve thanks to their ability to do electronic lease signing...I was still nervous to lease the apartment sight unseen, but when we arrived, it was in such great and clean condition! I was shocked because we had just moved from Vegas where we did not have the most pleasant rental/move in/move out experience. Additionally, the few minor work orders I’ve had to request have been handled so swiftly by maintenance, and the other two women at the front office are so kind (Jennifer and Dawn)! We have lived at Vistas since January of 2017 and we love it. The apartments are extremely nice compared to most of the others in the San Angelo area. Everything is like new. We love the pool area. Have not tried out the gym, but I'm sure it is comparable to most other apartment community gyms (which isn't a bad thing). The staff is AMAZING. They are always quick to fix a problem and they are always happy to help. We are happy to call Vistas our home!
