I moved int District 52 apartments almost 8 months ago. Since moving here, I have had some bad luck in my personal life, and just felt the urge to write a review on how wonderful the management is here. Specifically, the business office manager Tawney. She has been such a blessing to my family and where it might be natural for apartment managers to treat their residents as just an apartment number leased out to help their bottom line, Tawney has gone out of her way to make us feel welcome and... has treated us like family. When I lost a loved one that took half of my household income away, she bent over backwards to help insure I could switch to a unit I could afford and was very understanding when I could not make the first month's rent on time. The units are also top notch, spacious, recently remodeled, and I would recommend District 52 to anyone looking for a place to call home. I love my home here. It's quiet and peaceful. I have 2 dogs and even though they bark at every thing that moves they are able to run through the grass. I am so glad I moved here!

Apartment itself was great. Last few months, new management took over and was barely ever there and utility prices drastically rose without notice. Prices started to rise when all they did was give a new paint job. Great apartment and courtyard and really great neighbors. Lack of reliable management made it frustrating.

Management cares. She has high standards and goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you need.
Very kind lady. These older apartments were built to last back in the 1960s. I lived here 14 years ago and when I retired, I came back and got the same apartment. It's in even better condition than before! Upgrades.
