Quick responses and availability. Staff was very helpful amd responsive. They where able to get me in quickly and willing to answer any questions I had about the rooms and application.

It's a pretty good place to live but there are plenty of things that could be improved upon. One thing is the plumbing and such, as my shower handle is installed wrong and the pipes get clogged easy.

Great living arrangements, love being close to the college at such an affordable price aswell. The staff is also very friendly and helpful too.

the place is good, if you’re going to have any problems it would probably be with roommates. but, things get solved. but i noticed with how messy one of my old roommates was, the complex has really good pest prevention because it was disgusting for 2 years until i moved in but there weren’t any roaches

Cheapest place in town.
GREAT maintenance staff !!!!
Covered parking available, not all complexes have covered parking.
Nice pool area.
