The apartment itself isn’t terrible. Nothing was clean when I moved in and I’ve had a hard time getting in touch with anyone from the office. Disappointed in management.

There have been some "meh" things regarding maintenance (took entirely too much effort to get a lint catcher for the dryer, the microwave is missing a handle and the start button just... doesn't work), but the complex is clean, fairly quiet, and feels very secure!

Pretty good place to live, near campus and affordable. The built in laundry is convenient and I like the rent by room set up. The office workers ar every helpful and nice

My resident experience at Angelo Place has been fantastic. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the amenities are top-notch. I love being able to use the pool and gym whenever I want, and the study rooms are great for when I need a quiet place to work. The location is also convenient for me, with easy access to campus and nearby shops and restaurants. I feel safe and comfortable living here, and I would highly recommend Angelo Place to anyone looking for a great off-campus housing... option. Read More

Love how the leasing office stayed in communication during the leasing process and was really helpful while I was applying. They got me approved and assigned to a room quick and easy!
