This place is miserable. A door handle has been missing for weeks (and many of the others don’t work, and have been pointed out to the front desk and it’s still not fixed), packages almost always bounce (even Amazon), the noise from street traffic is horrible and full of loud engines revving on purpose, and the management doesn’t do anything about any noise complaints. It took over a week to get our AC fixed and we not only put in a work request, but also had to email and speak to the front desk... in person. They will not solve any problems you have. Not to mention the dog poop left in the halls several times, the doors always propped open and the lack of parking anywhere. Living here had been okay at the start but now there is to much crime and theft. Someone stole and cleared out the bike storage/kayak stall, armed robberies and car/apartment break ins... not safe to live here

By far this is the best apartments in the area. Staff is great and it’s clean. They really go over and beyond for all of us! Great job Rowlett Station team!

It is one thing for an apartment to feel like a home, it's another for it to feel like family. The environment at Rowlett Station makes it the best "neighborhood" I have ever lived in. I know my neighbors more now than I did growing up on the same street.

The office staff is small but mighty. Wanna go where everyone knows your name? Come to Rowlett Station, and they will get to know your pet's name too. The same goes for the maintenance team and cleaning crew. They go above and beyond to make... the common areas sparking and the apartments maintained quickly.

We have a strong community of pet parents that enjoy the two dog parks, the amenities are superb, and the fixtures and appliances inside the apartments are top-notch.

I COULD live somewhere else, but why would I leave this place?
