The process of becoming residents of the Palmer has been a breeze. The neighborhood is safe, all staff are so friendly, the amenities are top-notch.

I moved in recently to The Palmer and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The amount of natural light into my unit makes it feel huge, the kitchen is fantastic and bigger than most of my friends' houses, and the amenities are great. Ironically, as much as I love the unit and the staff here (HUGE shoutout to Alicia for helping with touring and the move in process), my favorite part has been the location! It's a short walk from pretty much any kind of food you could want, along with... just across the street from the Brushy Creek trail- a fantastic place to go on a run and feel like you're in nature and not in the middle of a busy suburb. Some people mention the thin walls and floors, and while that can be true I haven't had any issues with it. I haven't been here for a long time but it has been very positive so far. From the moment I moved in, the team here has been friendly, professional, and attentive. The move-in process was smooth and the leasing staff answered all my questions, and the unit was clean and ready when I arrived.
