Love the industrial look with high ceilings, well lit space and exposed HVAC. Love the open floorplan and the litle "offcie " tucked in between LR and BA. Great maintenance as well. and great leasing staff

Property is unsafe. They don't care about the residents.

The original unit I was suppose to move into was an accessible one and wouldn’t work for me and management and staff rectified the situation and found me another unit and I was able to lease at the original agreed upon lease amount.

Maintenance issues are handled promptly which I greatly appreciate.

I feel safe and haven’t had an issue with hearing rowdy neighbors and so forth.

I have been fortunate enough to not be a victim of vandalism but that’s just what’s happening all over the city.... Cameras aren’t preventing criminals from carrying out their activities.

I also love the Amazon hub for package delivery. I would highly recommend this place especially when you are coming from a house. Read More
