Covered parking, which is something extra that you pay a month, is not guaranteed even if it’s your spot. There are “towing enforced” signs posted amongst the grounds but only management can call. So if you work late at night and someone is in your reserved parking; oh well find somewhere else to park which is usually the very back of the entire complex. Management will tag the vehicle in the morning if you tell them and they see it, then they will wait 24hrs and if the vehicle has not moved... that is when they will call the towing company. They don’t even call for people parked in handicap spots that don’t have a placard or plate. Maintenance is also terrible; most of the time they’ll come in, look at whatever the problem may be and then tell you how to fix it yourself and leave. Sometimes management doesn’t even tell maintenance about the service that needs to be had for months. Rent is cheap enough, but I guess you get what you pay for.
