I moved into this place late Dec 2021 and at first it was great considering this place was brand new however after being here for just about 2 yrs now, I probably won’t be renewing my lease. This is extremely common in apartments but you are able to hear every footstep if you live below someone. This place has declined. People with loud music at night while they are driving in the lot, the trash bin is full on the weekends and is an eye sore. This place has attracted the wrong crowd and I see... people smoking in the pool all the time when it’s clearly against the rules. The only solution you have is to call the courtesy officer which doesn’t do much. Bugs are an issue in the walkways. The valet trash people always ends up leaving trash behind as they pick up people’s garbage. I’m not one to complain but these things are hard to ignore. This units also look as if they were in a rush to finish building, so there are a lot of little things you notice like paint marks, stripped screws, loose tile floors etc.

Impressed!
I am so impressed with the beautiful amenities. I feel like this is a downtown style property without the price gouging. If you're looking for a high-end apartment in the Round Rock area, you should DEFINITELY pay Aura 36Hundred a visit. Plus, the staff is a breath of fresh air compared to some of the properties I've toured in the area!

This property is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and went above and beyond for me to ensure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for their new home!

Amazing!!
This apartment complex is so incredible. I’ll be moving in at the end of December & am most excited about the business center! I work from home and love to step out of my apartment to focus. Katherine, Kevin, and Kim all helped me and were wonderful!
