I’ve been dealing with a severe infestation in my unit that has made my apartment unlivable for over 10 days, and management has done the bare minimum to help.

Despite multiple pest control visits, the bugs are spreading throughout my home — in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom — and pest control was only in the unit for four minutes during one visit. I’ve spent hours cleaning with bleach as instructed, with no improvement.

The real issue is the excessive humidity (73–75%) and... likely mold and HVAC problems. My unit has exposed Sheetrock falling from the ceiling, and the pests appear to be book mites, which thrive in these conditions. Pest control alone won’t fix this, yet management refuses to take meaningful action like inspecting for mold, fixing the HVAC, or offering compensation.

I moved into this place late Dec 2021 and at first it was great considering this place was brand new however after being here for just about 2 yrs now, I probably won’t be renewing my lease. This is extremely common in apartments but you are able to hear every footstep if you live below someone. This place has declined. People with loud music at night while they are driving in the lot, the trash bin is full on the weekends and is an eye sore. This place has attracted the wrong crowd and I see... people smoking in the pool all the time when it’s clearly against the rules. The only solution you have is to call the courtesy officer which doesn’t do much. Bugs are an issue in the walkways. The valet trash people always ends up leaving trash behind as they pick up people’s garbage. I’m not one to complain but these things are hard to ignore. I am so impressed with the beautiful amenities. I feel like this is a downtown style property without the price gouging. If you're looking for a high-end apartment in the Round Rock area, you should DEFINITELY pay Aura 36Hundred a visit. Plus, the staff is a breath of fresh air compared to some of the properties I've toured in the area!
