Apple creek was my first place and honestly I enjoyed it there. The rent was hard to beat and with included water it was basically a steal. While the apartment was a bit dated looking and had clearly had been lived in before, I was not surprised with any roaches or rodents of any kind. The worst experience I had was my washing machine breaking and having to get it fixed a couple times. In my particular building, I was next to a home that took care of roosters and would occasionally be woken up... by them. All in all, this place is definitely worth the rent and is a perfect place for a first apartment.

Amazing
When I moved in I was a little skeptical, but boy was I shown an amazing time. The house came with roach friends who kept me company the entire time! The water in the pool was a beautiful green color and the mold decor was absolutely spectacular. The maintenance man was very kind, he even checked up on me in the middle of the night to see if I was doing well! I would recommend to anyone looking for a truly great apartment.

Mmmm...they're okay
These apartments are rather outdated. I would say they need to update the appliances. They are also small (700 square foot 2/1 apartment). One good thing I will say is it is close to my job and easy access to the highway, shopping and food.

Horrible!
They're cheap, yes. But they're infested with roaches, they'll tell you it's nothing to worry about. The maintenance guy is awful. Very creepy. They don't leave their residents alone ever! They'll keep your deposit, no matter what. Please DON'T ever rent from them. It's an awful experience.

Great for price
Older apartment complex. People keep to themselves. Maintenance is very quick when issues arise as in the day I put in request. My only issue is parking and that's just because I'm lazy and don't wanna walk. Water included with rent and units come with washer and dryer. Close to shopping center and just a short drive into Austin.
