Guests access the property through the keyless front door lock with a unique front door code.
Guests will have access to the entire house, private yard, and private swimming pool (not heated). Please note rules regarding the pool in the "house rules" section.

HOUSE RULES
NO SMOKING: this is a NON SMOKING property. If you smoke inside the house you will be charged $250, plus an increase in cleaning fees and any damages.
NO PARTIES or hosted events please.
PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet, you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.
OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is limited to 9 persons, including infants and children. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy may result in an eviction from the property.
GROUP COMPOSITION: Message us before booking if you have more than 6 adults (just want to ensure you’re comfortable with our sleeping accommodations)
STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide starter supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels). Limited coffee fixing and a few locally made snacks are provided. You may need to buy more.

CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please request ahead of time and we'll do our best to accommodate.
