I have been saving this review because my lease isnt up yet. I don’t know even know where to start. Ive been living here since May. Noise upstairs bad, roaches resistant to spays, trash pile up, amazon locker charging you for packages, constant car towing with 317$ fee, trash not being picked up on time, refrigerator constantly going out. Just all bad save the stress and extra car notes

The worst complex we have ever lived in. Nothing works, everything sucks. The worst administrative staff and the worst sanitary conditions to live. You pay pest control but you will live surrounded by insects inside your house and in the gardens, no matter how much you clean. After a few months moving, we got infested with cockroaches that according to the workers of the complex came from the next door apartment that was empty, they sent a person with a spray can literally, it seemed like a... joke. They never took care of a pest problem in our apartment, we had to move and they never took responsibility for anything and we were charged a penalty for moving before the end of the lease. We had a private patio that we never got to enjoy because it was infested with ants, my son ended up in the hospital getting injections and they never did anything. Parking is a nightmare, if you want to have a place you will have to pay $ 45 for a parking lot without a roof. You can complain all you want, in the same way nothing will happen because the staff change every week, nobody supports the problems of this complex. Management does not care about residents safety or well-being. Loud music all day long and sometimes during the nights; so good luck with peaceful sleeping. No on-site security during night which makes it ideal for the stealing and robberies. Car break-ins are happening more and more often. Apartment complex is surrounded by houses and people from the houses climb fences and cut- through the apartment complex on normal basis. Absolutely not worth the money. Stay away!!!
