Love living here!
I’ve been living here for almost a year now, and I’m definitely going to renew my lease this upcoming month. Maintenance is great, the residents is great, and management is great! 5/5 would recommend

LOVE!!
Recently moved in and I am so in love with everything about this community. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, neighbors are kind and respectful, staff and management are so helpful and patient, AND my dog loves the dog park. It's a little cold for the pool right now, but I already know I'll be spending a lot of time there once the warmer weather comes back. So happy to have found these!

Many cockroaches
Terrible is infected with flukes and cockroaches .. I wish my contract could expire, if you want to change from Edf to another apartment that is not in these conditions the prices are more than 600 additional $ ... very, very bad .. already in the Management does not know what to do with so many roaches .. it hurts because the condo and its areas are very nice .. I am very sorry to move .. but I have more than 1 year fighting with. So many cockroaches and they give me no solution for another apt... or Edf that is not infected ..

Rude manager
Not a good place to live. The manager is extremely rude and does not care about customer service. The front staff is not well trained. They do not stick to their words nor are they ever on the same page. That just shows how well the manager trains them. & because of that the residents end up being charged unreasonably. The front staff keeps changing as well. I am guessing no one wants to work there. Please don't give them business. You will never be at peace.
