It’s been a pleasure staying here the last 3 years. I have no real complaints as there have been more community events and the trash situation has improved. My only issue is the pool, it’s so petite.. if we had a real lap pool, this place would be perfect!

Could be better in a lot of areas. Various issues since living here. Upgrades needed, policies need to be enforced. Area is loud and noisy with train and bar

Overall, Sync CityLine has been a good place to live. The building is modern, the location is convenient, and the staff has generally been helpful and responsive. The amenities are nice and the community areas are well maintained.

One issue that seems to be starting to show is the free EV charging that’s advertised. Because there is only one charger and it’s free, it seems like some residents are beginning to abuse it, which makes it difficult for others to access when needed. Hopefully...
management can look into a better system or additional chargers so it’s fair for everyone.

Aside from that, the overall living experience has been positive.

Great location and plenty of things to do. Shopping, the Dart Light Rail and the Silverline train to DFW Terminal B is a huge plus. It's easy to get around the area with easy access to the GBT (190) and Central Expressway (I-75).

Living here has been such a positive experience. The staff made our move so much smoother by being helpful and responsive. We love the vibe of the neighborhood—there are beautiful parks nearby and there are useful amenities in the community.
