Camelot is very good community.
Management and maintenance are great. Every time I put a work order in it's done quickly.
Mrs.luz the manager is great very patient and helpful and gets the job done. Maintenance team very efficient and fast . Alot of renovation and new things happeing which is great.
All around quiet and good place to live will live here many more years

Camelot Apartments has always been derelict in keeping the apartments in good condition. It seems that the owners do not want to spend money on correcting the problems that arise. Inferior materials are used, so that the next year those same problems arise again. There is only one maintenance worker. Though he does a good job and knows his job, he is greatly overwhelm. There should be at least two maintenance workers.

While living in Camelot Apts. for approximately 10 years we have run into issues of apartments having roaches. They spray and every time someone new moves into an apartment around us more bugs come in through the vents. I am now using the Veterans Administration to get a new home. I prequalified for a $150,000.00 loan to get a new home. As soon as we find a home, we are moving. These apartments are old so there is always something physically going wrong with the apartments, inside and outside.

Apartments need work. Outside decor needs work. Rent increased every year.

Not in very good shape. The apartment complex is old. When things are repaired they use inferior products to complete the job. Every year the rent is raised.
