Horrible apartment! Management and staff don’t care about the property. Trash and roaches everywhere, even in the refrigerator. They will charge you late fees even if you’ve paid your rent on time . When maintenance clear out units they just leave the trash outside of the unit instead of placing in the trash bin. Don’t sign a lease without seeing the unit first. Even when you place a maintenance request the work is never completed . You will not receive a furnished apartment. Appliances... look good on the outside but have tiny cracks and holes with roaches hiding inside. Oven smokes when turned on.

Poor Managment
Lack of communication, unprofessional, poor management, and make-up reasons to keep your deposit. I think they hate college students. The whole staff attitude is bad, especial the manager. Prairie View needs to find better properties to recommend their students too and to work with for off campus housing.

Great complex!
Panther hill is one of the best housing options for students financially and socially! I’ve been living here a little over 1 semester and so far so good!

DAYCARE! don’t waste your time and money.
HThey tow excessively, you might as will not have a visitor at all. They charge 300 to college students to get a car out. This property is 70% parking spots 30% building but dares not to let anyone park there. The gym is closed, so is the pool. Poor management they don’t care about the tenants at all my car got damaged and I called to see the cameras they tell me they don’t work. They make it really hard to enjoy this place because of the mandates they place on the tenants. The walls are... extremely thin. Only decent thing I can say is maintenance is okay from my experience. They just want your money.
