Im new to the area but this place really makes me feel at home . The appartment is extremely spacious, I don’t have loud upstairs neighbors to worry about and I have my own back yard ? I really couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. I did have a minor issue with my ac not working but the maintenance guy Joey got the issue fixed in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend from the service to the property .

Love living here. It’s like owning your own tiny home where you get your own back yard (perfect for your furry companions) and no apartment is touching so you don’t hear your neighbors! Community is very friendly and staff is a huge help when dealing with any issues as well as a responsive maintenance crew that take care of any and all situations. Joey especially has been a huge help in setting up the phone applications that are associated with the property smart devices!

I had a very disappointing experience with FDI Management. The management team is unresponsive and does not properly address residents’ concerns. There are frequent power outages, which makes living here very inconvenient. On top of that, the gate is missing creating serious security concerns for residents. I would not recommend this property unless major improvements are made.

My husband and I were originally impressed with the property when we toured, however after a grueling application process and a disappointing move in we started to have our doubts. The unit was not clean or prepared for new tenants, and we had to place numerous maintenance requests our first few weeks due to the water not being hooked up to appliances and frequent pest issues. Property staff are horrendous at answering phone calls or emails and often can not be found at the front desk either. Us... along with several of our neighbors have units infested with fire ants and management is mostly gaslighting tenants rather than making efforts to address the issue. We tried multiple times to plead with them about this because we are concerned for our child's safety being bitten by fire ants in our home and we were only met with hostility. Now, we are having to pay all the crazy fees and expenses to terminate our lease early because management doesn't think pests are "a big deal" but we disagree. Read More
