Was made to pay almost 800 dollars in fees after leaving due to our dog. Which we left clean as much as possible but during our year lease we had horrible problems with German roaches and mold coming from vents!!!! They never took any other that serious for paying as much as we did in the apartment complex!!! I have videos of nothing but roach poop and roaches climbing from behind the refrigerator. This was a problem the entire time living there I even got food poisoning due to the horrible... amount of roaches!! We cleaned as much as we could but it’s hard to eat at home or even want to cook with roaches in all your clean dishes. We threw away almost all electronic cooking ware as they had all been infested with roaches! They had an exterminator come only to our out food for them to eat and die but this was a temporary solution to an actual infestation that was never handled accordingly. Wouldn’t recommend as well as the ladies up front never acted alike they cared about these issues.

The Best!
I have been here since last year. I looked at many apartments. And I will tell you that you will not be disappointed. I have had not issues. The office staff are nice and professional. The maintenance staff are responsive. The area is quiet. I have no complaints.

great place to live
I love it here! I moved end of July and my ac was not working they put in a new unit and the manager lacy credited me back the first week I was without ac without me having to ask. Anything can go wrong it's how the situation is handled that is important. I have dealt with lacey and Nicole and one other I can't think of her name they are all very sweet and professional. I have been very happy here and they have flexible lease terms for short term which really helped. the apartment is very... spacious I love it. I live on the third floor and love it not so many bugs in the summer! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment. I will update my review towards the end of my lease but so far no complaints

Willow Lakes
I love it here. It is very quiet, the landscape is immaculate, and I feel completely safe. The office staff are friendly, proficient and professional . If I ever encounter a problem, it's addressed in an orderly and timely manner.
