Since the new staff has been in the office they have been turning the property around. They listen to our concerns and are very professional. The resident events are fun. They are really trying to make us a little community. Really considering renewing now.

They do not care if you have mold in your apartment. They will not and have not taken care of my mold issue that I have been attempting to get fixed since October 18, 2023! It is only getting worse. I will either get a run around comment or get ignored! Just horrible.

Do not move you or your family in to these apartments. It's roach infested and the plumbing is horrible. The tub and toilet stay backed up and it takes weeks or months for them fix it

They are not at all what they advertise. Moldy carpet moldy cabinets, no hardwood floors no ceiling fans no microwaves.
