I moved here a few months ago and have lived in apartments before but this one by far is the best. The one thing I love is the security cameras around the property. Being a single lady it makes me feel safe. It is very quiet and love the little court yard. I am always on the go so I love that I can pay my rent on the portal app and also make maintenance request if needed. Everyone seems friendly and I just love it. Very happy tenant :)

Casa del Sol is My Home
This is a very nice apartments, to live in. I been here since 2013. All bills are pay is very nice place to live at very quiet around here know body bother you is very good to have the cable included on my monthly payment we also have access to a WIFI with no charge on it.

COME CHECK THIS COMPLEX OUT
I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE GOING ON 3YRS NOW ND I LOVE LIVING HERE. THE TENANTS ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND AND I HAVE HAD NOT ONE PROBLEM WITH ANY THEFT OR CRIME SINCE IVE BEEN HERE. BEST OF ALL IS THAT I REALLY LIKE THAT ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED IN MY MONTHLY RENT SO IT SAVES ME THE HASSLE OF HAVING TO RUN AROUND PAYING THE UTILITY BILLS AND CABLE. I SIMPLY PAY MY RENT AND I AM WORRY FREE OF ANY ADDITIONAL BILLS THAT HAVE TO BE PAID. THERE R CAMARAS INSTALLED ALL OVER THE COMPLEX WHICH MAKES ME... FEEL EVEN SAFER. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY KIND. I DONT EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT RECOMMENDING THESE APTS AT CASA DEL SOL. SOME COME BY AND CHECK IT OUT.

IVE BEEN HERE GOING ON 3YRS AND I MUST SAY I AM VERY COMFORTABLE HERE. I LIKE THE FACT THAT ITS A SMALL COMPLEX ND EVERYONE IS FRIENDY AND RESPECTFUL. THE STAFF HERE IS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THE SECURITY SYSTEM HERE IS WONDERFUL BECAUSE THERE R CAMARAS INSTALLED IN ALL AREAS AND I FEEL VERY SAFE. THE CONVENIENCE OF HAVING ALL BILLS INCLUDED WITH THE RENT WHICH I LOVE BCUZ ONCE THE RENT IS PAID I AM WORRY FREE B CUZ I KNOW THAT ALL MY BILLS HAVE ALSO BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. I TOTALLY... RECOMMEND THESE APTS SO COME AND CHECK OUT THIS COMPLEX.
