I regret to say that our experience in this apartment has been deeply disappointing. I regret to share my profoundly disappointing experience residing Magnolia on 16th. What should have been a place of comfort and safety turned into a nightmare for my disabled mother and myself. Our health and well-being were severely compromised due to the presence of rats within the premises.

Despite repeated complaints and requests for assistance, the management failed to address the infestation promptly. The rats not only posed a significant threat to our health but also exacerbated my mother's already fragile condition. The distress caused by these conditions had a detrimental impact on our quality of life.

When new owners bought this place they slapped a few changes that took this place down it looks like a hospital. They go into your apartment without you knowing and go thru all your things. There is mold and they just don't care about you. Only the money.
