Bad apartment don't move in. They never do maintenance. Even after submitting and waiting. The apartment came with a broken dish washer and the entire year I've been here they've never replaced it as they were "changing owners". The rack in the closet was already hanging on by a thread by previous tenants and when we put a request, nobody has ever come by to fix it. There are big pot holes. There are no spaces to park. If you want to park you have to PAY 15 a month to use the carport. The... "free" spots are all in inconvenient places. There are wasp problems. The sinks smell. We've put draino down every sink and the smell STILL comes back and thats because weve had one of the sinks repaired. The walls and cabinets all have the apartment special of being painted over. Cabinets are so old they dont even close fully. They now only take a specific type of money order from a meat market instead of the official ones from Walmart or HEB. And if you want to pay online there's a 10 dollar extra charge. Its a "gated" community but the gate never works so its always open. People leave their dogs poop everywhere, they dont pick up after themselves. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, find somewhere else to live.

EDIT: because i saw another review mention mold. Im pretty sure there's also mold in the apartment! When we first moved in the EMPTY pantry smelled RANK. And the smell comes back everynow and then. One of the windows leaks so when it rains heavy the water comes through. There a permanent towel living there. Ive felt sick since moving in. Just avoid it . Read More
