I don't know where the other Renters live that gave them good reviews but the Office Staff is unprofessional and incompetent. The Unit has several problems that have yet to be resolved. There are people washing cars in the parking lot, this is the Hood and not Luxury living, don't sign a lease here.

Overall, the staff is very pleasant, rent and their annual increase seems to be within reason if you take advantage of any early bird renewals. The property is pet friendly, and have pet stations located on both sides of the property (toward the center - though I wish they would provide a few alone the obscure paths that go around the buildings). Overall, I am a happy, long-term resident of the community and have no major complaints.
