The property is beautiful. New management has done an unbelievable job at upgrading the property. While the rent costs a little bit more than it used it, the property is WAYY nicer, and worth every penny of additional rent. I highly recommend staying here. Such a gem!

I can't believe the change the new management has made at the Burke Apartments (formerly Ashwood Park). The amenities and common areas are spotless and up to date with a brand new laundry facility, pool area etc. The gym and clubhouse are first class, but what completely sets it apart is the way you are treated by office staff. This is what quality apartment living is supposed to be. Blessed to have found this.

Visited Burke Apartments today and was impressed with the team at the Leasing office. They are very warm and welcoming. They even served us cold drinks and yummy snacks. The upgraded units were bright and clean with modern finishes. Brand new laundry room with fantastic a/c. The pool has barbeque, and it is well kept and clean. It's definitely a nice gated community to live in.

I have seen so much improvement in the property and it's been a great place to call home. I couldn't ask for a better, caring staff to be on top of things. Thank you so much!
