Sycamore Palms is located in Pasadena, TX in the 77503 zip code.
Resided here for 2 years. Place was found by my realtor. I loved that the complex was small, area for pets, mailboxes and dumpster nearby, rent payable via Zelle, grounds maintained, quick fulfillment of work orders, and large closet. Disliked small size of apartment, not enough counter space in kitchen, no storage area or towel racks in bathroom, 2 washers and dryers in common area, and one locked and inaccessible thermostat controls multiple units. Different issues included roaches, kitchen... sink not draining properly, and oven not heating periodically. Issues were fixed. Would recommend this place to others. Property manager Yaruma is kind.
