Highly recommend! A beautiful, quiet, friendly place to live! Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, landscaping looks very beautiful and we've had no problems since moving in 6 months ago. Highly recommend this beautiful complex with convenient access to the highway and shopping plaza around the corner.

We lived here for a year from 2015-2016. We had such a great experience! There is a beautiful pool on site, never too packed. Gym is 24/7! The management team were always so caring and attentive. Every time we needed maintenance, it was taken care of in a timely manner. Well worth the money! We loved it so much, we are moving back to these apartments.
Only complaint we had was our upstairs neighbor. They were so loud and fought every single night. We learned our lesson from living on the first... floor.

It's one of the nicest apartment complexes I have seen in Pasadena. Anytime I have ever had an issue Maintenance is there w/in 24-48 hours depending on the severity of the issue. Everyone in the office is helpful. However, a downfall I have noticed is that if you want to stay in the complex and get a bigger apartment there is no waiting list for current residents. You have to call daily to find out if something has become available. I live in the smallest apartment and there is a large built in... shelf for extra storage which is great! It's right near everything you would need on fairmont. Great restaurants are a short drive to Clear Lake. The office staff, for me, has always been nice and helpful. On the weekends the pool can get crowded but during the week its deserted and is extremely peaceful! Quiet residence thats in a good, developing area full of shops and quick food choices. Its a quick drive to everything I need in the area.
