I love it here. I've been here for a little over 4 years now and do not plan on moving anytime soon. The office staff is great. I have recommended these apartments as well and they love living here as well.

The community represents management and these apartments are going down hill. My main concerns are the trash, laundry center, pool area and the pest control. The trash is overflowing with couches, dressers, mattresses and bags and other objects being placed on the sides of the trash cans. The smell is horrible. There is no more laundry area, they should have told us that they were removing it, it would have saved me a trip. The pool area seems to be always closed, furniture broken and umbrellas... hanging on by a thread. I pay for pest control every month in my rent along with everyone else. I have spotted rats running threw the bushes at night when im on my patio and there are water bugs all over. I have spoken with multiple residents and they noticed the same. I enjoy my neighbors and I like my apartment and the new paint is nice but I don't think I will be renewing my lease. Read More

Daytime temps at 100. Inside the 2nd floor units 85! Office states only "we're within code compliance." Way to get by with the bare minimum Whisperig Oaks! Con Artists! Stay away!

This has been the absolute worst apartment that I've ever lived in. When I first moved in the a.c didn't work. They told me it was because no one lives their previously. A year later nothing works. They don't care to fix it. I paid over $200 every month for a 1 bedroom.. Please never move here unless you love living in 85 degree weather or higher. Management is awful!

Whispering oaks has been a good experience. I have renewed my lease for a second time.
