Want to be considered luxury, but just average.
Has some luxury touches, but then they went cheap on somethings. Lower end washers and dryers, wi-fi is out at least half the month with no discount, don’t really enforce rules, and maintenance is a joke.

Beautiful brand new homes
brand new houses, beautiful designer finishes, gated community with pool, fitness center, parks and playgrounds. Wi-fi included, WD included, private yards and attached garages. Professional management
