Communication is horrible. We have had 3 different managers in a total of 6 months or less.

The new management has implemented service standards that do not align with a luxury experience, leading to concerns regarding value for price.

Want to be considered luxury, but just average.
Has some luxury touches, but then they went cheap on somethings. Lower end washers and dryers, wi-fi is out at least half the month with no discount, don’t really enforce rules, and maintenance is a joke.

Beautiful brand new homes
brand new houses, beautiful designer finishes, gated community with pool, fitness center, parks and playgrounds. Wi-fi included, WD included, private yards and attached garages. Professional management
