Okay but Overpriced
Fundamentally the Voyager at Space Center units are pretty good in terms of layout and interior quality. They aren't luxury apartments though, any more than a restaurant that tags its sign with 'fine dining' is actually fine dining. There are a lot of broader building challenges - the walls and especially ceilings are thin, noise can be a huge problem depending on your neighbors. Pet waste in the halls is an issue. Elevators are the reason I moved in originally, and it turns out those can be... down for months at a time - the building layout can be real horrible when they're down if you're not by a stairwell. There have been a litany of property management companies come through so paperwork gets lost, rules are intermittently enforced, and new fees appear at random. They'll charge you ~$125 for cleaning and repair when moving out, pretty much guaranteed (I went out of my way to do it myself, didn't matter).

Horrible Management
Horrible management and company. Auto drafted what the system told me to auto draft and received an eviction notice as the amount was not correct giving me 3 days to leave . What company treats tenants that way. All they needed to do is call me and tell me that the auto draft was not correct and did not include other charges. They clearly do not care about tenants and retaining customers. If you want to be treated like this come to the voyager at space center.

Not what you pay for
We should have walked away after we were told the apt we had chosen was all of the sudden more expensive, even though we had it in writing! We picked another and signed lease. Well, it has been constant noise from construction trucks, garbage trucks, or landscaping. They are renovating and not considering sound barriers! We had neighbors move in above and we can hear everything! Complaints because they violate the 10 pm to 6 am peace and quiet every night! Management denied our request to end... lease early. We have resorted to paying for hotel to actually get sleep! Beware. Horrible experience, don't let the look fool you.
