Disgusting on the outside and filthy. Mattresses and couches pulled up. If Freon leaks they will let it leak for 3 months. I got so sick living here. I’m having to call tenants union and Governor Abbots site. Dope is everywhere. People spit and throw there cigarettes down your stairs. It’s cost me a fortune In medical bills
