Apartment infested with roaches. Management does nothing except spray toxic spray that makes people and pets sick. Had to break lease to get out of apartment and had to pay over $2800. Don't live here!!! Other apartments are better -- look around.

Great Location, cheap cost , clean and quiet! Maintenance handles things in a timely manner and make sure it’s fixed the first time. Management is very Kind and professional. Although I am relocating due to work I would highly recommend Chevy Chase to anyone looking to move to Nacogdoches

Have had the best experience with the staff here at Chevy Chase. They've been on top of any maintenance issues and always respond immediately. Move in was easy and carefree. Even signed the lease electronically which was great with my busy schedule. I couldn't ask for anything more. Apartment was clean and nice. New carpet and wood floors. Newer appliances, and refinished countertops looked great. As if I haven't said enough, I could say more! Check them out. You'll be glad you did.

I have had nothing but issues since moving to this apartment community. My apartment was not clean when I moved in (dirty microwave, dirty floors, and filthy faucets). Additionally, when you alert management of an issue, particularly a serious health concern which initiated when I moved in, the issue is not fully addressed. My advice is to think twice before signing a lease here. The apartments provide substandard living at best. I cannot wait until the end of my lease, so that I can move out.... Well, Alex is not here anymore. We have a new girl that has not let the whole apartment community know who she is. If you turn in a check for rent, she copies your whole check and initial it. I never even met the girl and do not know her name. For all I know is it could have been any person that got my check. It is cheaper to turn in a check or money order than to go through the portal. Extra fee : pest control monthly (2.50per month), using resident portal to pay rent is. Outrageous if... using a card or it is 1.95 per month for bank draft. I would like to give it a 5 if the new girl make some type of effort to introduce herself to the whole apartment complex. For her info, a receipt booklet does not cost that much to buy.
