Better to look elsewhere
I lived at Ravella for two years and the first management company was wonderful. But, once the complex was complete and a new management company took over, it became very apparent that there was nowhere near enough parking for residents. They try to force you into paying for either a car port or garage just to have a parking spot because there are so few spots available for renters. In addition, there are constant issues with the front gates, and when I asked management about the gates not... working for several months on end and being permanently open, I was told it wasn't for security. So why have them? I came home to police at the complex many times, so clearly there is an issue.
Units are typical of what most places have but the airflow is poor and walls are very thin. If you're looking for comfort, security and a good experience, this isn't it.
