Súper mala administración ahora quieren cobrar por el estacionamiento con techo cuando debe de ir incluido. COn las rentas y si tienes carro extra es cuándo ahí se cobra,nunca arreglan ninguna compostura l el departamento donde llegue esta fatal pido viejo baños y comida viejas no sirven las puertas lavavajillas no sirve refri viejos y cayéndosele el agua siempre adentro ,Aires acondicionado deben darles mantenimiento , cada año y no lo hacen . y la alberca siempre está (cerrada )en un mes... solo dos dias han abierto pero buenos para subir la renta

You get what they promised
I was called and the lady was very nice and gave me all the info I needed to take to apply. There were some minor details wrong when i got the apartment, i let the manager know and they fixed it that same day. The girls in the office are so friendly My garbage disposal was broken down as well, i called and they went the next day to check it out. I was also given the free month and until now, i have loved it here! If you’re looking for a affordable and comfortable apartment. This is it!

Great apartments!
They staff in the front office are so welcoming and the apartments pictures they showed me are just like the apartment it self. I love the floor and space. Great place!

you'll get either your car, or a friends car towed sooner or later.
While this place might be ok to live in, it's no place to have company with you. If you just bought a new car, you'll have to be careful because one of your vehicles might get towed. Whoever gets towed (doesn't matter if its you vehicle or your friends vehicle) will have to pay $300 to a private towing company all the way in Weslaco, so if you get towed, you'll have to pay $300 to the towing company, plus whatever your rent is. To avoid you'll need a pass (if you're a resident you will have to... show them your ID and your insurance) for friends or family members, you will have to buy a parking pass for $10 that you will need a money order and hope that the office is open (they have a schedule but never follow it) office hours end at 5pm and only during weekdays, so if you have people coming over the weekend, or unscheduled company, they might get their car towed. Ex. my girlfriend got sick and needed to help taking care of the baby (unscheduled company) because I was at a 24 hour shift at work (I'm an EMT, they don't do first responder offers), her mother came in her car, and started to cook something for her, and not even an hour later, they were towing her car away. They needed to gather $50 cash to stop her car from getting towed and that's because a cop convinced the ones towing the car. Overall, this place is okay to live in if you're a loner that never or rarely gets company. If you do get company constantly, or at least once a week, this place is most definitely not for you.
