I have lived here going on 5 years and love it honestly very quite safe place to live in would recommend to my friends and great staff as well who work with you and rent is decent and have loved living here

It is nice and quiet but when I moved in there was still things wrong with the apartment and I am still waiting for some to be fixed also it would have been nice to have a covered area outside the back yard so that I could smoke

GERMAN COCKROACHES!!! I been here for 5 months and they are not going away no matter how much they "spray and bait" when there is 1 German roach there is a million more somewhere else. All food has to be kept in containers otherwise you will find them in pasta, cereals and coffee! They spray for them, they disappear for a couple days and BAM they are back with a vengeance. Office staff is helpful and nice but the German roaches are out of their control. They are in the entire lofts building and... whatever excuse they give you.. they aren't going away. I'm OCD when it comes to cleaning and clean extra good to avoid the roaches but it doesn't matter. Before you sign your life away I would definitely talk to people in the building. We weren't informed of this issue until our neighbor came and introduced himself and informed us of this issue about an hour after we signed our lease. I have had them crawling on me in my sleep and have to shake out my comforter each day before going to bed. Who wants to live like that? A bug is a bug but when you have to use extra precautions to avoid them when you live INSIDE it's a little disturbing and very gross.
