The staff is nice. However, the rent is increased each year when signing a new lease. They don't give you a buy out option on the lease. For the amenities offered its too expensive. The gym is little and doesn't offer very much. The pool is small and closed a lot. There are about $150 to $200 in fees added to the rent every month. People who aren't oilfield or has some kind of corporate job are basically being slowly ran out because they can't afford to keep getting huge increases as they sign... new leases. Of course the owner doesn't want people who can't afford huge increases. The staff is nice but if you don't have deep pockets these apartments are a waste of time because eventually you'll have to move because it cost too much. For what they are currently asking these aren't worth it.
