This is our 5th year in the apartment. We moved from the old apt to the newly renovated ones. I must say the quality of work done at the new apt is very poor. We have had to call maintenance almost every month because of the poor quality of cabinets to other amenities in the apt which we rarely did in our old apt that we lived for 3years. Also the gym area lacks basic items like paper towels and sanitizers, and sometimes unkempt. Please look into this area. Overall the Staff are doing their... best and some are really amazing.

I always recommend The Villa's as a place to live as I feel it is a beautiful, clean little community and a very safe place to live. The maintenance staff is always prompt and helpful.
