The Venue is exactly what we were looking for in an apartment home. It is just the right size community without being too large. It seems to be pretty well maintained and attractive, especially in the pool and relaxation area. It would be nice if there were fans in the breezeway to keep the air moving, especially in the summer. I love that they offer garage and storage spaces for rent. There is open parking all around the buildings which makes it convenient for access to your apartment from... different breezeways. I have seen no security person on the property. There is no gated entrance which is not a problem. The Venue has a range of lease options and prices and presents a good quality product in apartment rentals in my opinion.
