I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding both the unresolved dryer maintenance request and the overall living experience at this apartment complex.
I submitted the dryer maintenance request over a month ago, and despite multiple scheduled appointments, no one ever arrived at the requested times. This has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I also contacted the office directly and was assured that someone would be sent to address the issue, yet once... again no maintenance staff showed up.
Additionally, I noticed that the maintenance worker repeatedly marked the work order as “completed” even though no repairs were ever performed. I find this unacceptable and very misleading.
I normally do not complain and have always tried to be patient and easygoing, but unfortunately the situation has continued to get worse. There have been several ongoing issues during my time here, including:
Constant cigarette and marijuana odors entering my apartment
Excessive noise from the upstairs neighbors, to the point that it often feels like the apartment is shaking
My dog becoming constantly anxious and afraid because of the noise
Lack of available parking, despite paying for two parking spaces and only using one
Poor management of common areas, including inappropriate behavior at the swimming pool and non-residents appearing to use the facilities while under the influence of drugs
These experiences have made living here very stressful and uncomfortable.
I will be leaving this apartment complex in a few days, and unfortunately, due to my experience, I would not recommend this community to friends or family.
I genuinely expected much better communication, professionalism, and management from the team.

So I’ve been here for close to two years. I won’t even begin to tell you the hell the apartment complex has put me and my family through. We moved into apartment 126 (which was a transfer, and they gave us only 6 hours to move from one apartment to the next) and it’s been hell ever since. We moved in and you could CLEARLY tell, this apartment wasn’t cleaned before we moved in. There was blood on the blinds, the shower heads wouldn’t work. The carpet had nails sticking up out of it. The dryer... wouldn’t work for months. And not to mention the air conditioner not cooling correctly. Our master is about 5x cooler than the rest of the apartment, our electric bill has been roughly 350-450 a month. The return vent was CAKED with dust and whatever else. They clearly didn’t replace it before we moved in. If you do a service request it takes about 3-10 days for them to actually come fix it. The pluming is terrible, our daughter’s bathroom has flooded multiple times.

As of lately, the complex has become so trashy I can’t wait to move out of here. There was broken bottles outside on the walkway of our apartment. Clearly people that don’t live here use the pool closest to the office. They are here at all hours of the night with their music and parties.

I promise you, you can find something soooooooooo much better, cleaner, safer and more than likely a nicer office staff. The management team are extremely difficult. When we told them all the issues with the unit we moved into, they would have rather have us move out then to make it livable.

I just recently moved out of Saxon woods. It was the absolute worst move out of an apartment I have ever experienced. First off, when you move out they are supposed to do a walk through with you so they can go over damages with you so you know what you’ll be charged for. When I got to the office the lady just took my keys and refused to do a walkthrough. Then I didn’t hear from them for a couple months after moving out. I already paid the move out fee so I thought I was good. Well I got an email... from them of damages I was being charged for MONTHS after I moved out. They charged me $700 for carpet replacement due to pet damage…. I NEVER owned a pet and my carpet was left in good condition! Basically they just wanted to replace the carpet with vinyl and charged me for it and lied about me having a pet. When I called the office to ask, the man who answered was very rude, unhelpful, uncooperative and basically told me it wasn’t his problem. They gave me no time to pay this and immediately sent it to a debt collector within 2 weeks of me getting a notice. Unless you want to be taken advantage of I highly recommend living anywhere else. The office staff is unhelpful and rude. It will take MONTHS for your maintenance requests to be taken care of. Too expensive for mediocre service.

Could be a great community with the proper management and staff.
