Overall nice place to live. Staff is friendly and maintenance handles things very quickly. It has gotten louder with newer residents and noise can be an issue where it hasn’t been the last couple of years, but overall a nice place to live and don’t see myself leaving unless rent goes up.

We are starting our third year at Greenhaven and are enjoying our residency here. We are comfortable in our apartment and we enjoy our patio; big enough for our chairs, grill and plants. The management and maintenance teams are conscientious, prompt and courteous. This is something we appreciate since customer service is many times sacrificed for efficiency. We also experience a relaxed atmosphere that is helpful in relaxing. We would recommend Greenhaven apartments for those looking for a... well-managed and clean residence.

I've finally gotten settled in after a few hiccups. It's quiet and I love the location of my apartment. I also like the dog park. The staff has been helpful and friendly.

GREENHAVEN apartment community is in one word is BLISSFUL. It’s so peaceful and quiet here. Yes the neighbors do kindly speak in passing and always with a smile. The office staff are so friendly and warm. They make you feel like family. I love it here.
